Sam Pilling is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Bright Power, Inc.

Gregory Sherman is a Senior Energy Consultant and Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Projects.
Extensive field experience conducting energy audits has shaped his knowledge of building science and energy efficiency. With an emphasis on existing buildings, Gregory has helped property managers and building owners reduce their annual energy consumption with simple and cost effective energy management strategies. Building energy audits vary in type from multifamily residences to commercial offices to industrial warehouses. Other areas of expertise include lighting design, building control systems, and construction management.

Sabrina Hawkins is a Manager of Multifamily Building Projects for Bright Power. She recently graduated from Columbia University's Fu Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. Her interests include alternative energy (mainly solar cells, wind energy, water turbines, and fuel cells), economics as it relates to energy, and learning more about green building.

Sandy Grindley is an energy consultant with Multifamily Building Projects and New Construction Services for Bright Power Inc. Prior to working at Bright Power he performed residential energy audits in the Washington, DC area. His interests include optimizing the unique energy improvements for a given project and communicating the economic benefits of energy efficiency and renewable energy to those around him. He holds a BA in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Yale University.

A. Thompson Reichert is an enthusiastic energy auditor for Bright Power. Tom has many years of experience in the energy field as a researcher, energy manager, air krete® insulation contractor, Home Performance contractor, and residential energy auditor. His current life mission is to make the term 'Btu/sq.ft./HDD' as familiar as 'MPG'. He majored in energy studies while completing his BA at the University of Texas at Austin.  Tom is certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as both a Building Analyst and Envelope Professional.

Amy Rothman provides administrative assistance to Bright Power. She often provides a non-technical perspective to the engineers at Bright Power, and has a background in service learning, international student exchanges and teaching English as a second language. She is interested in making energy efficiency and green energy solutions more accessable to the general population.
