Bright Power was hired to design and install a solar PV system for the roof of David and Joyce Dinkins Gardens, an affordable housing property in Harlem built by developer Jonathan Rose in conjunction with Harlem Congregations for Community Improvement. Bright Power helped the project apply for and obtain over $100,000 in incentives towards installation costs. Read more »
Via Verde is a ground-breaking green affordable multifamily project in the Bronx, NY, being developed by Jonathan Rose Companies and Phipps Houses and designed by Dattner and Grimshaw Architects. Winner of the 2006 New Housing New York competition, the 300,000 square foot project consists of 202 units of affordable housing in 18 stories.
