While our team works to support a sustainable energy future, Rachel makes sure that our business is sustainable. She coordinates with our management to keep the money coming in, pays the bills and is the “soup-to-nuts” manager of our office. In her additional role as director of first impressions, she keeps us looking good.

Rachel is well versed in the world of real estate and construction. Previously, she was part-owner of a property management company and ran the accounting department. Via the company's construction division, she was involved in numerous re-hab commercial and residential construction projects. Rachel become interested in "green" building when she worked on a few projects that involved the use of strawbale, a building material that has an impressive organic thermal insulating value.
