An all-glass sun room attached to a Manhattan condo apartment was absorbing so much sunlight that the internal temperature went above 100 degrees Fahrenheit on a regular basis.


Bright Power specified and contracted the installation of a reflective, tinting solar film to reduce the heat created by sunlight on the greenhouse. This film reflects most of the sun's heat streaming through the windows and also also reduces harmful ultraviolet rays and glare. In the winter, the film reflects heat back into the room, reducing heat loss through the glass.
