Lead QA Engineer: As a Lead QA Engineer, you will work alongside a group of developers as part of an Agile (Scrum) team to test applications developed incrementally over a series of sprints. This will involve working closely with developers and product management as features are defined, designed, and implemented. The ability to proactively identify testing considerations throughout this process and convert those to implemented test coverage is critical. We prefer candidates with sales experience, though not necessarily in the energy efficiency space. We are willing to train on our products and services, but you must possess strong sales skills and an ability to explain and sell technical concepts to customers that may not have technical backgrounds.
